Community Projects
Great opportunity for the youth to contribute and impact their local community in a positive manner. Volunteering builds character and values, aides them into becoming a giver, to show compassion for others, to be tolerant, and understanding. 

Community projects teach valuable life skills, leadership, team building, problem solving and the ability to follow directions while meeting and building new friendships with like minded youth. 

 
How we get involved in the community:
  • Create a project to improve the local community
  • Support an existing local project by fundraising, physical support, etc.
  • Help an individual who has a vision for a community project and assist to make it happen
  • Help an individual solve a issue (need fundraising because someone is sick and they need finances, etc.)
Types of Community Projects:

  • Canned food drive for local families in need, schools, food banks, etc.

  • Support local outreaches providing entertainment for children (face painting, balloon animals, craft, etc.)

  • Assist with distribution in the community (backpack give away, holiday events, food distribution, etc.)
